With so many amazing Toronto photographers out there. It’s always such an honor to be chosen to serve a family during those sweet and intimate first few months as parents. Newborn sessions truly have a special place in my heart. But, I do have to admit sweet Baby Jack stole. With his big bright eyes and infectious smile just radiated my lens.
The one thing I regret the most when I gave birth to my daughter is not taking newborn photos. At the time, I couldn’t have imagined doing photos right when she was born. I was so tired and sore. The last thing I wanted was to try and look nice. I did captured a few of just her but, not of the three of us. But, if I would have realized that it’s okay to feel this way – and to do them at a later date. I would have in a heart beat.
Capturing moments of babies and Paityn during those time periods was and still is my favourite. I find this time period is such a cute milestone because the babies are interacting a bit more but still are so little and adorable at the same time. More importantly, you as parents feel more like yourself and have transition a bit more into your role. It’s a double whammy!
